Rural and provincial land development support in Southland

Gore is CFMA’s Southland office, supporting farmers, landowners, and local development projects across Southland and surrounding areas.

With strong capability in surveying, planning, and subdivision work, the team provides practical, down-to-earth advice backed by long-standing local knowledge.

About CFMA Gore

Gore is strongly connected to rural and provincial work, with particular experience in subdivision, boundary location, complex rural cadastral surveys, and resource consent applications. The team works closely with landowners, councils, and other consultants to provide clear advice, responsive service, and practical solutions suited to the region and the people who live and work here.

The Gore office also reflects a long history of surveying in Southland, building on the professional heritage of past generations while continuing to look ahead through modern surveying methods and technology. That history remains an important part of CFMA’s connection to the region and the communities it serves.

Recent Gore Project

Ardwick Street Subdivision

Ardwick Street is a 7-lot urban infill subdivision in Gore. Clark Fortune McDonald managed the project from concept design and consenting through to engineering, construction support, Land Transfer survey, and title delivery.

The project required a practical subdivision layout for a small, irregular-shaped site, together with careful drainage and stormwater design on very flat ground.
