Our involvement included building set-out, pile set-out for more than 400 piles, building location certification, service as-builts, and Land Transfer survey work for a combined fee simple and unit title development. We also managed the subdivision approval process through section 223 and section 224(c) certification, supporting the project through to the issue of titles.
