Ardwick Street is a 7-lot urban infill subdivision in Gore. Clark Fortune McDonald managed the project from initial consultation and concept layout options through to topographical survey, site investigation, engineering design for right of way access and servicing, resource consents, council engineering approval, construction set-out and supervision, Land Transfer survey, and section 223 and section 224(c) certification.

The project required a practical and efficient subdivision layout for a relatively small, irregular-shaped site, together with careful drainage and stormwater design on very flat ground with minimal fall. Clark Fortune McDonald provided the coordinated surveying, engineering, and subdivision input needed to take the project through to title.
