Coneburn Industrial is a large industrial development on Kingston Highway, near Jacks Point, within the Southern Corridor (Te Tapuae), a Priority Development Area identified in the Queenstown Lakes Spatial Plan.

The project involves converting a historic quarry and forestry block into approximately 26 hectares of yard-based industrial land, while enhancing surrounding ecological values.

Clark Fortune McDonald is involved in the project, including District Plan review submissions, resource consents, and the integrated planning, engineering, and surveying inputs required to support the development as it progresses.
