Hogans Gully Farm is a major golf course development near Arrowtown, New Zealand. The project centres on a world-class 18-hole golf course designed by Gil Hanse and Greg Turner, with a supporting clubhouse, visitor accommodation, and residential lots carefully planned to sit within the wider rural landscape.
Clark Fortune McDonald has been involved across multiple stages of the project, providing integrated land development services from the early planning phase through to delivery on site. Our involvement began with the original concept and resource consent design work, helping establish a coordinated development framework that responded to the site’s planning, landscape, and infrastructure requirements. From there, CFMA undertook the detailed civil engineering design for the project, including the road network and reticulated services needed to support the wider development.
As the project has progressed through Engineering Acceptance and into construction, CFMA has provided construction management and supervision, helping coordinate delivery during the construction phase and ensuring the approved design intent is carried through on the ground.
