Mount Cardrona Station Village is a significant alpine village development in the Cardrona Valley, bringing together residential living, visitor accommodation, resort facilities, and access to the wider high-country environment.

Clark Fortune McDonald has been involved in the project through engineering design, survey set-out, cadastral surveying, subdivision work, and construction administration. Our role has also included acting as the Engineer under NZS 3910, helping administer the construction contract and support delivery on site.

The project has required close coordination between design, construction, servicing, staging, and cadastral outcomes within a unique alpine setting. Clark Fortune McDonald continues to support the development as it progresses through construction and title delivery.
