Shannon Farm is a premium rural residential development in Cromwell. Clark Fortune McDonald has been involved in all aspects of the project, from CODC and ORC consenting through to engineering design, construction, section 223 and section 224(c) certification, and the delivery of titles for Stage 1.

Particular emphasis has been placed on creating premium allotments, and we continue to work closely with the developer to achieve the desired look and feel.

Stage 1 of the development included the design and construction of project headworks, including a new water reservoir, irrigation dam, and service connections in Cromwell to support subsequent stages. We are also helping develop a new mountain bike park on the site with the Cromwell Mountain Bike Club.

With Stage 1 complete, we are now working on Stage 2, which includes 67 lots as part of a proposed 200-lot development, and continue to support the developer in delivering the overall project objectives.
