Our team provided end-to-end surveying and subdivision support for this rural boundary adjustment project on Station Road, helping to realign the property boundaries in a practical and efficient way. The project began with detailed survey work to accurately define the existing boundaries and site conditions, creating a clear basis for the proposed adjustment and supporting the subdivision consent process.

From there, our team managed the project through the required statutory and survey stages, including preparation of the subdivision consent and progression through the key approval milestones. This included completing the section 223 and section 224(c) applications, ensuring the boundary adjustment progressed efficiently and in line with Council requirements. We also carried out the Land Transfer survey, providing the final survey definition needed to support the issue of the updated titles.
