Our team delivered the full surveying and subdivision support for this two-lot subdivision project on Suva Street, providing clear guidance from the initial site investigation through to completion of the title survey process. The project began with a detailed site survey, which established the existing features, levels, and boundaries to inform the subdivision design and support the consent process.

From there, our team managed the subdivision consent process and worked through the key statutory milestones required to bring the development to completion. This included preparing and coordinating the section 223 and section 224(c) applications, ensuring the subdivision progressed efficiently and in accordance with Council requirements. We also completed the Land Transfer survey, providing the final survey dataset needed to support the issue of new titles.
