How we deliver land development

Clark Fortune McDonald brings together surveying, land development engineering, and planning to deliver complete land development outcomes. Working as one coordinated team, we guide projects from early feasibility through approvals, construction, and completed titles with clear advice and practical solutions.

We manage and coordinate land development through the full project lifecycle, from initial concept to completed titles. This includes subdivision design, site development, infrastructure delivery, and the integration of technical and planning inputs required to move projects forward efficiently.

From early project assessment and due diligence through resource consent, engineering approvals, construction oversight, and the issue of titles, we provide a structured pathway to successful subdivision outcomes.  Common project types include rural and lifestyle subdivision, greenfield subdivision, high-end residential development, urban infill subdivision, multi-unit development, and unit title subdivision.

Cadastral, topographic, construction set-out, as-built, and geospatial services that support land development and infrastructure projects. Our surveying capability underpins project feasibility, design accuracy, construction, and title delivery.

Design and coordination of earthworks, roading, stormwater, wastewater, and water supply, along with construction support and contract administration. Our engineering focus is on practical site delivery and compliant infrastructure that supports successful land development outcomes.

Resource consents, planning assessments, due diligence, and management of approvals through council processes. We provide clear advice on planning risk and guide projects through statutory requirements efficiently and pragmatically.
